Junction. Seeing as Emily won me a entry into the Sandhollow marathon on the 26th I decided to try and run today. Took it easy and felt good with no extended pain. Should be interesting to see how well I can do a marathon on 30 miles a week training. If anyone sees me dead on the side of the road you will know why.

Grapevine over to Coral Canyon with a little extension down to the Highland park and back. First time in months that I didnt have any ab/grion issues until about mile 8 then it tightened up a bit. I was really enjoying not having any issues during that first few miles.

Club loop with Steve, Aaron, Amber and Ty. It was nice to have some ladies out on the run. Felt pretty labored and tired. Tight too.

Millcreek to the top pump house. Wow am I tired. Didnt go very hard but it sure took a lot of effort. Feels like the end of an 80 mile week.

Grapevine/Highland park. Another pretty slow tired run but Im glad I got out. Biggest mileage week in almost 3 months and aside from being worn out I think Im making progress.
