| Dropped the boys off at soccer games then ran from the Veterans Park out to the top of Green Springs and back. Hit the way back at a nice solid pace as I was pressed for time. A bit of tightnes but not super horrible. Might try and get a few more in later this evening. |

| City Wells. Nice overcast morning for a run. Easy pace with a few pickups here and there as I felt good. |

PM - 9.6 in a nice snowfall down 400 E/Orchard Dr. Cold but enjoyable run. No pains the whole run. |

| Landfill. Easy pace but the body is protesting because im trying to run like ive been training regularly and I havent been. |

| Marathon course with The Bull, Dustin and Steve. Started out nice and easy up Veyo hill and for the next 4 miles. Moved down to 7:30 until the volcano and stopped for a quick drink and clothing removal. Then sped up and did 9 miles between 6:13-6:30. I was beat before starting the quicker stuff but tried to use it to train the legs to keep moving when tired. Ended up holding together fairly well. |

| Pretty sore from Sat so I went super easy. Enjoyed the afternoon dispite the wind that was blowing pretty hard. |

| Greensprings. Eased into a nice pace for most of the run then hit it pretty hard coming up the firestation hill and the rest of the way home. |

| Treasure Valley park. Beautiful morning for a run. Felt good until about 8 then the quads got a little tired and sore for the rest of the run. |

Old Highway 91 past the distribution center. Pretty much a death march on the way back but its done and thats what matters. |

| Grapevine/Highland. The plan was to warm up out to Grapevine then do some hill repeats then home. The first couple miles where horrible and I thought about bagging the repeats but once I got to the hill I decided to go for it. Did 4 repeats(not at tempo effort but at a steady pace) then ran over to the park then back home. Felt good but nowhere near what I was when I was doing 10 of these at tempo effort several months ago. |

| Landfill. Quads were pretty sore for whatever reason but it was still a decent run. The russian olives are blooming and it smells incredible down by the river. To bad those things are so horrible for allergies or Id stick one in my backyard just so I could smell it each spring. LOVE IT. |

| Greensprings. Actually got up and went in the morning with Emily. I'll have to say that running slow is much more taxing than running easy or hard. Thats the furthest shes ever run so Im proud of her. |

| Quail Creek. Thought I might warm up out to the junction and then try and push the rest of the loop. The wind didnt want that. Had a pretty strong headwind till Harrisburg and couldnt go much faster than 7:30 even coming down the Purgatory hill. The wind was so strong it would blow my legs into each other on each step. Thankfully the wind was at my back coming home but my legs where shot so I couldnt even make use of the nice tailwind. Glad to be done. |
