Grapevine/Highland. The plan was to warm up out to Grapevine then do some hill repeats then home. The first couple miles where horrible and I thought about bagging the repeats but once I got to the hill I decided to go for it. Did 4 repeats(not at tempo effort but at a steady pace) then ran over to the park then back home. Felt good but nowhere near what I was when I was doing 10 of these at tempo effort several months ago. |
