Keep enjoying running and improving.
Have to bike for a couple weeks until the foot heals. 65 minutes on the stationary bike.
Only got in 13 miles because I had to get home to watch the kids. Got the ok to start running (short distances) next week if things keep healing up well. Nothing against biking but i miss running.
More biking. 12 miles at a pretty good clip.
More bike.14 miles at a good pace and then did the last three really hard. Did some weights with the legs afterwards.
12 miles along the river trail pulling the boys. This one wiped me out. But it was a beautiful day to be out.
