Club run around the Painters course. A bit muggy at first but nice to have some moisture on the ground. Bruised my heel last night while trying to keep the rain out of the camper so that hurt some during the run but overall I felt good.

You never said anything about the camper. That sucks. You should get a big tarp to just put over it all the time (or at least when it is going to rain).

New record mileage this week (even with me making us take it short yesterday)! Everyone is VERY impressed about your progress. A low 1:20 is in order to celebrate!
