Started with Clyde, Dave and Hayden. Ran a few miles and picked up Paul. Ran a couple miles more and Paul split off. Split off from them by the high school and went to the parkway and back to the running store on my own. Longest run ive done in a while and it felt good.

Nice job - you held right in, and more importantly you were able to get in a nice long run. Hopefully that knee and foot feels okay today.
