North/South zig zag through town. Picked up the pace a bit from the last few runs. Thought I was going faster but not to bad for now. 6:58 avg.

Up to the top of Bluff and back. Shins and calves where killing me. Its time to say goodbye to the Radius. They've been good to me but I think they are worn out.

Down to the Dixie Center and back. Shins started giving me grief so I call 5 miles good tonight. Trying to be carefull not to bump up mileage to much and hurt myself again.

East/West zig zag across town. Almost had a repeat of last nights craptacular run. Shins started acting up a couple miles in but finally stopped about mile 6.

Went up marathon course 10 miles and ran back to the store. Thanks for the ride Steve. Forgot the Garmin so i just took it easy until about mile 6-7 then I took off. I really wish i knew how quick I was going but it felt like I was flying. Just for fun we'll say 6 minute miles but i dont really have any idea.

North/South zig zag across town. Took it a little slower today and just ran nice and easy. Felt good to get away from the stupid house remodel and relax.

Nice run with Dave up the Washington parkway. It was fun to chat about life and get caught up a bit.

Bad run. Body is wiped out for some reason. Had to turn around and come home.

Fun race. This is my best 10k time in years if not ever. I felt good and ran good. The goal is to keep the training up and shave another 3-4 minutes off.

Top of Bluff and back. Nice run with a few miles at a more brisk pace. I might have set a record for dog punting on mile 2. Will see if that one ever trys to nip at my heels again.

North/South zig zag across town. First dogs trying to eat me and now people throwing drinks at me. I better stop wearing that shirt that says "I love mean dogs and flying pop." What a way to end the week.

Its time for another round of lets throw stuff and the guy thats running. Todays guest star... Egg. So Egg where would you like to play today? How about in the back right below the shoulder. That stung a bit. You'd think that being as skinny as i am i would be a hard target to hit. But thats not the case i guess.
