More of the same. Picked up the pace on the run and rode harder on the bike.
7 miles on the treadmill and 3 miles on the bike.
Foot was a little sore from yesterday so i backed off the running miles a little and did more bike. Injurys blow.
Club run kinda. They all went out 16 miles. I went 4. Felt good to be back on the road. I havent done it for almost a month.
