Parkway past church. I might be on to something. Been doing a lot of research on the interporn about leg muscles/lower ab muscles. I noticed before my pain starts on runs that I get tight deep on the insides of my thighs. Found a few stretches to do and have been doing them 3-4 times a day and so far so good. No ab/groin pain the last few days. Tight during the day sometimes and first thing in the am but after stretching really long it lessens that. Fingers crossed that I can ease back into it now. |
