I was a bit nervous about this run. I really wanted to cut some time off my last 1/2 and didnt want to be disapointed if I didnt. It helped a lot to have Dave and Clyde and Logan giving me encouragment (Thanks guys!). All the training is starting to pay off. I was able to shave another 6 minutes off my PR. Went out a little slower and I think that helped me have some gas at the end of the race.

Your training has been really consistent which is really key. I honestly think you have sub-2:50 at St. George if you keep up the great training.

Great race James. Thanks so much for driving up, bringing your trailer, and letting me come too. Let me know if I should give you guys some more $$$, that was kind of a rushed process and I still feel like I got out of it way lucky.

As far as running goes your doing awesome. All those runs in the morning with the little brother are starting to pay off. Keep up the consistent training and STG will be glorious.
