Had a fun time running on Mike Warrens team. They said I was the ringer to make up the slack but we all know that isnt true.

Ran legs 5,10 and overall feel pretty good about it. Leg 5 was 6:00 avg  for just over 4 miles and I felt like I saved something for the second leg. Leg 10 felt pretty good for the first mile then I could tell I was beat. I was trying to catch the team just in front as they where in our co-ed division but he just had to much juice and left me big time. Hit the first 3 at about 6:10 but then slowed to a dead crawl for the last 3 and ended with a 6:38 avg for the 6.7 miles.

Ran into Matt from LV that I ran with down at Surf City last year and that was kind of fun to talk for a few minutes. He was on the winning co-ed team.

Nice job out there today James. Hopefully this was a good step for you still coming off the injuries. I got signed up for Utah Valley yesterday, so I guess I need to get going with my training.

Good Job James. Things will start coming back soon. The Holt legs will start flying!!!
