Not too far tonight but I did pick up the pace for a couple miles to see how I could do. Got a couple in the high 5's. Not to bad for an old man. If I can get to the point where I can do that for a whole marathon that would be nice.

House is going slow. Got the bathroom window replaced and some of the tile finished. Hopefully by the end of the week the tile will be done. Fingers crossed.
