Grapevine/Sienna Hills. Wasn't planning on running today but after eating, doing some laundry and getting everyone out of the house I decided why the heck not. Once I got moving the legs wanted to go for it so I let them go. Felt really good till I got to the top then the legs shut down so I slowed for about 1/2 mile then the legs came back and the rest was a good clip. The legs started to burn the last mile so I know I was pushing pretty good. Really fun to go hard and not hate every second of it. |
