Fields. Three miles warmup then 5 (6:11, 6:14, 6:10, 6:17, 6:16). I was planning on six but i really struggled to keep 4-5 where they needed to be so I stopped at 5. Slow 4 home cause I was spent.
AM 6 - Parkway. Easy and slow. Saw Dave out hearding the troops down the road.
Afternoon 6 - Reverse Parkway. I dont think that the sausage sandwich and twinke the boys made me for lunch gave me much for this run. The heat might have been a little factor also.
Quail Creek. Ran with Bill, Dave and Nate. It was good to have Nate back out and running. I was dead for this whole run. Legs felt like lead and just all around tired. It was nice out this morning so that helped distract from the tiredness.
