Millcreek/Ice House. Ive wanted to do this trail for years so today I decided to rectify that. Loaded up a handheld, grabbed some chomps and headed up to the trail head and also forgot my garmin. It was warm enough that I was shirtless and sweating big time after a mile and glad I brought the water. The climbing started just after 2 and didnt stop until I turned around. Then it started snowing up on top and I was freezing and wondering if Id ever warm up then warm enough that I was shirtless once I came off the hill. Got to love southern Utah spring weather. Lost the trail a few times but was able to backtrack and find it. Could be a fun trail but its so covered with loose rock that its super hard to run without twisting your ankle.

Do you ever post your runs on STRAVA. I have no idea where all these trails are that you and Dave mention. If you were on STRAVA then I could at least look at a map. Nice running!!
