Landfill. Easy pace but the body is protesting because im trying to run like ive been training regularly and I havent been.

Marathon course with The Bull, Dustin and Steve. Started out nice and easy up Veyo hill and for the next 4 miles. Moved down to 7:30 until the volcano and stopped for a quick drink and clothing removal. Then sped up and did 9 miles between 6:13-6:30.  I was beat before starting the quicker stuff but tried to use it to train the legs to keep moving when tired. Ended up holding together fairly well.
