Landfill. Started feeling yucky after lunch and really didnt want to go run. Got myself out the door after work and felt much better during the run then felt yucky after again. Glad I got out and felt good.
Highland Park/Sienna Hills. Didnt have any real plans but on the way down the hill from the park I decided to do a few hill repeats. So I did 3. Effort was good but that was all I could muster although I did feel better for the rest of the run.
Up north for two funerals so I ran a big loop around Riverton by my cousins home. a little chilly but not bad. felt really good and went a touch faster without it feeling like anything more than a slow jog.
same loop a yesterday but went up to 114 to add some so I didn't have to do the loo more than once. felt good again which was nice to have a few days in a row of good runs.
