Up/back STG course. Ran up the course to the base of the volcano 11 miles then back the the finish. Hit the way up at a pretty good pace (7:20s i think) then stopped for a quick potty break. Started back down a little tired and sore but after 1/2 mile I loosened up and was able to keep 5 miles at 6min avg. Then slowed with each mile dispite any effort to the contrary for the next 4 but was able to put in a good final mile pushing hard.
HARD workout but one I think I should do more often.
