Landfill. Felt decent so I decided to come back for a few miles at a fast pace. Did 2.4 at a good clip. No issues so Ill take it.
Firestation.
Grapevine. Still pretty worn down today. So nice out in the desert after the rains.
3 - Up to the dirt mile with JD. Did 2 laps then home.
8 - Highland park. Way way tired today.
Landfill. Felt much better today. Maybe getting a good nights sleep for once helped.
