Fields. Warmed up for 3 then hit 5 (6:05,6:01,6:03,6:09,6:10) and cooled down for 3. Probably should have slowed just a tad on 2-3 so that the last two werent so hard but I was running by feel and not looking at the watch. Turned out pretty close to what I was shooting for which was 6:05 each. Starting to warm up. Might have to not run in the middle of the day anymore. Of course ive been saying that for 2 years now and still havent changed my ways. |
