Fields Tempo. 2 warmup, 8 tempo, 2.25 cool. This was one of those mind battle runs. The legs didnt feel very good at all for much of the run and I was fighting the whole time to keep positive and moving. Ended up winning the battle with my brain and it didnt turn out as bad as it felt. Might have gone out to fast but was going off feel not time.
