Grapevine. Another beautiful day for being outside. Run was ok but Im wondering why its so hard to get the legs moving. I feel like i have to fight for every step after about 3 miles of running. Maybe its still to soon after the marathon to be feeling really good. Who knows.

That is exactly what it is - don't stress about it. Race tomorrow and have fun. Let your hard work come out by starting off moderate and then pushing as the race progresses - good luck!

good luck if you are running tomorrow. I think marathon do take a while to recover from but i think that in my case suffer from a little bit of burn out. even before the marathon i was ready to be done with all the running. I am looking at doing some different things. in my case, less might be more and less running usually means more quality running. hang in there.

Hang in there. Running out there in the dirt might help you enjoy running again. Good luck tomorrow.
