Mustang Pass. I might have to move the new goal for the marathon to finish in under 3 hrs after todays run. Yuck. Hopefully I can use the next few days to shake the last of this cold and wake the legs back up.

James, it is tough to get sick and it sounds like you had a pretty bad case. Just get healthy this week and good things can still happen. you have a great mileage base. I really haven't had a good run lately and i really don't know how this SGM will go. confidence can sure go out the window when you have been feeling like crap. I'll be routing for you.

Hang in there James. Hopefully you'll be feeling great on Saturday.

You'll be fine. The sickness might be a blessing in the end. Letting you rest up when you might have pushed it hard. Just look at it that way anyways. You've got plenty of time to shake the cobwebs out of the system and legs. Run some solid miles Tues, and Wed's then relax on a good taper Thurs and Fri... Then by Saturday you'll be ready for a great race.

Ya, Ya, Ya. We have heard this before. About the time the gun goes off James will be no where in sight. You are the Golden Child of race day magic. You will be ready my friend. You and the Budda pushing each other, should be a nice race.
