Middleton up to the top of the industrial park. Not a bad run but I couldnt get into any kind of groove. Lots of traffic and I had to stop at every light/corner for cars. No crazy birthday mileage run for me. Im not up for that kind of distance especially this close to the marathon.

Happy Birthday.....I know about the mileage thing. I still want to get mine in. I couldn't do it on the b-day but too many races then. I am going to try and do mine over Thanksgiving....50 miles from camp grounds at Pine Valley to Bloomington. You are invited.......
