Fields. 3 mile warm up then 3 (6:12, 6:13, 6:17) tempo. Dont know if it was the heat or what but that was all I had. 4.5 back home. My legs are completly spent. Not sure what the deal is but im getting a bit worried with the marathon coming up and not having any energy on any run for the last month. Maybe its time to just ease off and let the body recover. |
