Started this workout with the intention of doing tempo miles. 3 mile warmup and then bumped up the speed and incline to supposedly 6:06 pace. I have never had to work so hard and move my legs so fast to get a 6 minute mile in my life. Either the settings I was using are wrong or Im beyond tired. Bagged it after .5 and just took it down to a comfortable pace for the remaning 8.5. I think I'll stick to doing speed work on the road and try again tomorrow. |
