Down the marathon course with Dave, Steve and Logan. I wasnt sure if I would be able to hit my tempo miles because of battling a head cold but it turned out pretty well. We took it easy down to the volcano and then Dave and Steve took off. Logan was kind enough to hang back with me for a bit and then we took off. Hit 7 (6:14, 6:06, 6:09, 6:03, 6:01, 6:01, 6:09) and then cooled down the last mile. Tried to work on keeping the legs turning over good as they where getting tired the last few miles.

I can't believe you still got in 60 miles with only 4 days of running. Great job on todays run, I hope you guys kept the course clean;) and didn't get run over by any cars.

No litterbugs here Josse! And no near-death cowboy drive-bys either!

Good run today James. I was way stoked to turn at the end and see you just right there; very solid!

Good job James, hopefully we can hit a few more of those 20 milers in the next few weeks.

Great run today! Hopefully that head cold is gone next week.
