Those legs are going to love a taper with a great Marathon to follow! You are doing great, very consistent in your training, and quiet about it. I like that! Keep up the good work!

Thanks guys. Dustin - Im shooting for somewhere in the 2:40's. But then ive not run any marathon but st george so Im not sure what to expect.

Yeah, I've never ran the full marathon at Ogden. Sasha has it being quite a bit slower than St. George on the predictor. I don't want to go out too fast and then struggle to finish, which I've done lately with some of the halves I've run. Looking at the course profile, I would think it would be a course you could negative split.
