Had a really good run this morning with Clyde, Bill and Dustin down the last 20 of the marathon course. It was a touch breazy and chilly at first but I warmed right up a couple miles in. I was getting all excited that I had finally broken into the 60's for mileage in a week but I actually did that a couple times in the summer. But this is still the highest mileage week yet for me and I feel really good. Im starting to get excited to see what happens at Ogden.

James, your amazing! I figured with the way you have improved, you were running atleast 200 per week. Ogden, look out!

Nice run this morning. I'm glad you got into Ogden, now we just need to hit a few more 20 miles and hopefully we'll feel a little more prepared.

Nice run this morning James. Good things can be expected in Ogden and I'm talking about running and not the red light district that Bills knows so well.
