Wasnt sure what to expect today but I found out pretty quick that it ends up being your turn to run alot faster than you think it will. On the 3-4 exchange I was still out doing a warm up run when Nate says "I think thats the lead guy and theres Dustin right behind him." Crap on a crap stick cause I'm still 2/10 of a mile from the exchange with my sweats on and a long shirt and no number. Im pulling cloths and electronics off while trying to sprint to the exchange point. Dustin pulled off his singlet and I threw that on and then took off. I tried really hard to make up that time I lost but Im not sure I gained much of it back. So thanks to everyone else on the team running some good legs we managed to win this little jog today. "Coach" Decker put together a team that gave us a real run for the money but we where able to pull ahead during leg 6 and never looked back.

Congratulations. Just under 5 hour is a cool time for the course record.

Great job today James, That exchange was definitely one of the highlights. Those are the things that make relays so much fun. You did great on both of your legs, especially taking on the hills.

Sweet job on winning the hundred grand! Now you guys can take us all out for a nice meal. Well maybe the prize wasn't that big but I'm sure it was fun.

I hope you didn't sweat in his shirt.

Great job today James, and don't sweat it for almost missing your leg (no pun intended). At least you ran (Dave, logan, Clyde).

Good job James - kind of fun stuff... at least for a change.

Nate, I am too old for that stuff.

Great Race Holt! I wish you would have taken longer on that one exchange to give us a better chance of beating you guys.
