| Frontage road from Toquerville exit to quail creek then up to the bowling alley. Nice and easy till the last 3 then I got a shot of feeling really really good so o picked it up. One of those rare times when you can keep picking up the pace and it doesn't seem to be getting any harder. Good way to end the week. |

| Prospector/Adams/White Reef. Sandy parts of the trail were super nice. Clay parts were a really slick and gunky. This one wiped me out big time.
