Treadmill today. Wasnt planing on doing anything speed wise but after 6 miles if figured id see what I could do. Ran 4 at a faster pace but not tempo speed. 1 mile cool down. I had to work to get the last of mile 4 in so the legs arent quite back yet.
I wasnt able to run until late at night so I was only able to get in 7 on the treadmill. Legs felt really good but Im a pretty tired from the events of the day and the late run.
