Landfill. Decided to try some more 800s even though I still feel dead from Sundays run. Little over 3 mile warm up then got into them. Little over 3 miles back home. 1- .5 in 3:15 2- .5 in 2:59 3-.5 in 2:56 4- .51 in 3:00 A little more consistant and I was able to add one more from last week. Did 1-3 then ran up along the landfill boundry in between numbers 3-4 for 1.5 miles to add some miles then did #4 on the way back. Glad I forced myself to do it but man these dont get any easier. |
