Fields. Three miles warm up then 6 miles ( 6:09, 6:18, 6:22, 6:19, 6:21, 6:25) then three back home. Going to try and do more speed type work twice a week from here on out.
Middleton then up the turkey farm road to the water tanks. I think I picked a bad route for a recovery run. There are some serious climbs on this one. Nice that there wasnt any traffic on the turkey road so that made up for the hills.
AM - Junction/Coral Canyon return with Dave. Had a good run once I finally woke up. I really need to get up and run in the morning. It is so much nicer.
PM - Three easy before going out to do some evening work. Yes I said evening work.
Emily has some issue that the doctors are trying to figure out so in between watching kids and running into town for tests not much time for running. Might not get much done until they figure out whats up.
