Highland park via Grapevine w/Sienna Hills extension. Legs were a little tight from Saturday but loosened up after a while and the run felt really good.

Treasure Valley park. Nice run out to the park and then did 5 600m repeats at 5k pace(5:20) jogging the same distance slowly for recovery. Then jogged back home. In hindsight I should have just done the repeats on the way home as the road is perfectly straight for long distances but I like to do things the hard way.

Greensprings. Took it easy. Legs felt good but of course its time to start getting sick. Going to try eating better to see if that helps the immune system. Apparently when I ramp up my training my body just takes a beating and cant fight off any infections.

Grapevine with Sienna Hills ext. Didnt get out until later in the morning and it was pretty warm already. Found a drinking fountain on the trail so that helped.

Club run up the west side of Utah Hill and back down. Pretty good climb the first 10 miles and I felt pretty good. Got a drink and accel gel and then started on the downhill. Everyone else took off like a group of rockets and they where gone from sight within a few miles. I just couldnt get the legs to go. My quads got more and more tender with each mile and by the end each step really hurt. Glad its over.
