Club run up the west side of Utah Hill and back down. Pretty good climb the first 10 miles and I felt pretty good. Got a drink and accel gel and then started on the downhill. Everyone else took off like a group of rockets and they where gone from sight within a few miles. I just couldnt get the legs to go. My quads got more and more tender with each mile and by the end each step really hurt. Glad its over.

Good miles James. Thats how I felt today, but atleast we can start to back off a bit getting ready for UV.

That's the purpose of the run! We had all better be sore... but not as sore as Haydo and Aaron!

Good job James, I really don't feel bad I missed that workout. I guess I should have come to help bring up the rear. It sounds like there is some good downhill on the way back.

Purpose of the run yes. But you should be sore after not before you even start the downhill. LOL.

Those 2 are going to be hurting tomorrow if they arent already. That will teach them to be so talented.

Good run today James. Your hard work will pay off. Sometimes you just have to keep working through one tough workout after another and then eventually you find that a long the way you've made some big progress. You should be ready for a great race if you want to go at UV.

Thanks for driving today too.
