Club run up the west side of Utah Hill and back down. Pretty good climb the first 10 miles and I felt pretty good. Got a drink and accel gel and then started on the downhill. Everyone else took off like a group of rockets and they where gone from sight within a few miles. I just couldnt get the legs to go. My quads got more and more tender with each mile and by the end each step really hurt. Glad its over. |
