River trail to landfill. I started with 2 miles of warm up then did 5 at somekind(tinman, marathon or tempo,its all greek to me) of pace. 6:32, 6:24, 6:20, 6:17 and 6:17. Then cooled down with 2 more miles. Had to really focus to keep from slowing back down to normal jogging pace. Going to try and get more serious and not just go run but actually train. |
