Steve hooked me up with some Landreths so I took them out for a spin today. Ran over to the store and met Jeff, Steve, Dustin and Nate for the usual 8 mile parkway loop. Nate recounted his Moab run for us. Sounds like quite an experience. Legs where pretty tired still but having others around helped me not pay as much attention to them. Ran home at a little quicker pace.

Great miles! I almost came to club tonight, but maybe a few more good runs under the belt. Don't want one of you guys to have to carry me back!

You can always find a reason to not run if you try hard enough. That is why being lazy is not necessarily a bad thing for runers. I, for one, am too lazy to come up with a reason to not run so therefore, I run.... Okay, that was more than I expected, but kind of profound, huh? Anyway, Monday it is... I will email you my ph# and we will get in touch on a time and place.
