Millcreek then up SandHill and home via City Wells. Calves are still tight but it was a fun run. I only had to stop once to empty sand out of my shoes. Im trying to get back to enjoying my daily runs and not worry so much about training. I seem to run better when I just sit back and enjoy the ride instead of trying to get specific mileage/times/speed. Follow the body instead of force it so to speak. |
