Millcreek then up SandHill and home via City Wells. Calves are still tight but it was a fun run. I only had to stop once to empty sand out of my shoes. Im trying to get back to enjoying my daily runs and not worry so much about training. I seem to run better when I just sit back and enjoy the ride instead of trying to get specific mileage/times/speed. Follow the body instead of force it so to speak.

Sounds like a good plan. I'm probably going to run Butch Cassidy 10K and maybe the Snow Canyon Half or 5K, but besides that I'm just going to take it easy until the start of the year.
