Down the course starting at the top of Veyo hill with Bill and Ken. Did a 2.5 mile warm up then right into a 13 mile (MP+10%) tempo. Didnt quite get 13 miles (shy by .2) but I was spent and didnt want to push the already tired legs. Avg 6:23 for the tempo section. Ab/groin held up ok but towards the finish it was super tight and I was running off because of it. |
