Grapevine warmup then did 6x800 on the dirt road then jogged home. Target time between 2:38-2:50 for each.
1 - 2:28 (way too fast and I paid for it on the rest)

3 - 2:44
4 - 2:46
5 - 2:49
6 - 2:44
I now remember how much I hate 800s. This was a REALLY hard workout. I almost got frustrated at my slowness but im just not a sprinter so all I can do is all I can do I guess. |
