Fields park. 2 mile warm up then 4 mile tempo (6:15, 6:14, 6:17, 6:11) then cool down back home. Pretty hard effort for 6:14 average on the tempo but I'll take it. No real pain. A little uncomfortable on the left lower side but that was mostly on the jog back. Stopped at the running club and watched JD, Gabe and Ada run their races. They all did good. |
