Parkway loop. At this point its probably more harm than good to run as everytime I do I feel worse the next day but Im hanging on to the hope that I can still put together a halfway decent race. If I could get my money back for the race and hotel Id just bag it. Worse case is I get to go on vacation away from work/kids/responsibility for 4 days. Best case is everything works out and it turns into a good race.

James, good luck with your race this weekend. I really hope that all your training pays off. marathon training has a way of just draining the body and every body has different limits. I look foreword to your race report.

You'll be alright - just chill! physically and MENTALLY.

Good Luck with your race James, it will all come together. You always have good races.

Still plenty of time before the race. Relax the mind as best as possible. Try watching something like RAD or Breakfast Club. Hope you get feeling better.
