AM - 9 - Highland loop with Adam and Phil then ran home from the park. Trying to help Adam on his harder workout days because he is trying to get a Boston qualifier in Sept. Not sure how much help Ill be but it will help motivate me to get out of bed a few days a week.
Landfill. Saw my first skunk or the year. Thankfully he was more interested in getting away than spritzing me. P7-did some sit-ups and layups at scouts and it set things off pretty bad.
