Telegraph/Coral Canyon. Didnt get out till 9:30pm but that was good because it made for no traffic on Telegraph or in Coral Canyon. The whole body felt really fresh and the hill was no issue up or down. No ab/groin issues the morning after so a good run all around.

Top of Greensprings Dr. and back through Buena Vista and Telegraph. Quads felt a little tired on the way out because of the uphill but came back at a good pace. Had to slow around the last mile cause the stomach was wanting to send something out one end or the other. No issues again. Keeping the fingers crossed.

Landfill to the fence. Legs were tired so it was an easy day. Thought i might get a little sun but the clouds rolled in and a little breeze kicked up but that made it nice. No pains.

Fields. Turned around at Majestic. Started going at a faster pace at the dogpound and hit 5 pretty solid miles. Got back to the dogpound and the right side groin started hurting so I stopped and stretched and eased it in the last two. Second good week of milage in a row plus Ive almost got my 61 International Scout running. Everything is coming up Milhouse.
