Top of Greensprings. Still kind of tired and the right side lower ab/upper groin hurt most of the run. Oh well, I guess it was fun to get a couple of weeks of pain free running in.

I think you should really try an extensive yoga routine. The controlled stretching and strengthening would totally help you issue. Look something up online and do it everyday.
