Tempo Tues on the Fields/river trail loop with 10 at Tinman pace. Felt better than last week but when I got to the dog pound my right hamstring got really tight and I was worried about it. I thought I slowed down to not aggrivate it but maybe I just relaxed my body because after checking my splits I wasnt more than a few seconds off pace for a couple miles. Great temps especially for August. It was around 62 degrees when we started and still in the 60's when we finished. Definately odd for this time of year but I'll take it any day. |
