Middleton and industrial park. Good run today. No lower ab pain and the legs felt a bit better. Wasnt planning on doing anything fast but I ran into the x-country kids and started picking them off and that got me speeding up to catch the next one. It made me feel good to pass up someone half my age. Sad I know but Ill take any small thing I can. :)

I didnt say I was passing the fast ones. Just the strays at the back of the pack. I saw some boys coming into the school parking lot just as I came to the corner so that was prob the slower of the fast guys.
