Landfill. Wow today was a spectacularly horrible run. My whole body is completely spent. I would have called it quit at the halfway point but I had to get back home. I couldnt walk to much because I was getting eaten alive by the deer flies.

What are you doing running to the land fill? The smell and the flies would be enough to keep me away. Happy training.

How can you not love the landfill? Super tasty smells and lots of flys. That sounds like heaven to me.

You have to plan the landfill run very carefully - after a rain, cool day, not after the weekend garbage buildup!
