Landfill. Decided to try some 800s this morning. Warmed up for a little over 3 then did 3 800s 1 - .52 in 3:28 ( went a bit long and too easy) 2 - .5 in 2:58 ( felt good but knew I couldnt hold this for more than 1 more) 2 - .5 in 3:09 ( felt good still but didnt want to over do it for the first time) 4.57 cool down Will see if I can get these down to 2:30-2:35 as the summer goes on. Weights in the evening
